Customer service
It is agreed between the parties that these conditions of sale apply within the framework of their contractual relations, and will govern the relationship between VISAPOURDUBAI.NET and its Customers, who acknowledge having read it. Any order automatically entails the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Responsibility
VISAPOURDUBAI.NET undertakes to make every effort to provide the services entrusted to it, and which it accepts. Under no circumstances can VISAPOURDUBAI.NET be bound by an obligation of result, since the service requested is not of its sole will and the visa granted is at the discretion of the UAE authorities. It cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution for a reason that is not its sole initiative, in the event of delay or in the event of refusal to issue the visa.
VISAPOURDUBAI.NET cannot be held responsible if a visa is issued with incorrect dates or any other information. It cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer following delays beyond its control. As such, it is strongly advised not to incur travel expenses (flight, hotel reservation, etc.) before actually obtaining the visa.
Barring exceptions, the liability of VISAPOURDUBAI.NET is limited to a maximum amount of 150 euros per visa. Any service provided by VISAPOURDUBAI.NET must be verified upon receipt of the document by the Client: no complaint can be accepted more than 5 working days after receipt of the Visa or administrative documents. Any complaint must be substantiated and accompanied by all supporting documents.
Orders
Each order must be accompanied by the documents necessary for the performance of the requested service and the payment indicated on the Website by credit card or bank transfer.
Rates and Payment
Payments are made as soon as the files are submitted and the prices invoiced are the prices in use on the day of the order. Any action taken by VISAPOURDUBAI.NET must be paid regardless of its outcome.
The tariffs may be subject to modifications by the administrations concerned and VISAPOURDUBAI.NET is not responsible for variations in consular or other fees. The company VISAPOURDUBAI.FR cannot under any circumstances advance costs and reserves the right to refuse its services for contractors with unpaid previous invoices.
